Ton Venhoeven resigns as Chief Government Advisor on Infrastructure

To mark the changing of the Board of Government Advisors the congress ‘Op de Kaart gezet’ took place on July 3rd in the Fokker Terminal in The Hague.

 

Government Advisor on Infrastructure, ir Ton Venhoeven, Government Advisor on Landscape, ir Yttje Feddes and Government Advisor for Cultural Heritage Wim Eggenkamp say goodbye and will be heard for the last time in their role as Government Advisor. The opinion of the Board will be presented to Minister Schultz van Haegen.

 

On this occasion, Prof. Dr. Frank van Oort (Professor of Urban Economics, Utrecht University) will give his point of view on the relationship between sustainable regional economic development and spatial planning.

 

Also, the new Government Advisor on Landscape and Water and the new Government Advisor on Infrastructure and City will be proposed by Frits van Dongen, Chief Government Architect.

 

Moderator is drs Fred Schoorl, director Board of Dutch Architects (BNA).
