No sharing of data with third parties

VenhoevenCS architecture+urbanism will not sell the data to third parties. VenhoevenCS architecture+urbanism will also not share the data, unless we are forced to due to legal obligations.

Processing of data by thirds parties

We only outsource the processing of data when absolutely necessary. With companies that process the data, we have a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) to ensure security and confidentiality of the data. VenhoevenCS architecture+urbanism remains ultimately responsible for these processing operations.

With Google Analytics, we have a DPA since March 26, 2018.

The following options in this agreement are disabled:

  • Sharing data with Google in order to improve Google products and services
  • Contribute anonymous data to a collected dataset to enable features such as benchmarking and publications that help understand data trends
  • Provide Google service technicians access to your Google Analytics data and account
  • Provide Google marketing specialists and your Google sales specialists access to your data and Google Analytics account
  • Give all Google sales experts access to your data and account

This is in accordance with the recommendations by the Dutch Data Protection Authority for a privacy-friendly website.
