We’re expanding and strengthening our partner collective, opening the door for more people with vision and ambition to take an active, leading role in shaping our firm.

“Our partner collective reflects our vision,” says founder Ton Venhoeven. “It brings together diverse expertise and perspectives, allowing us to shape the city as a shared ecosystem – functional, social, and sustainable.”

Our (inter)national projects often go beyond a single scale or discipline. They’re complex challenges that demand integrated design expertise and collaboration. By building a strong partner collective, we bring together knowledge, skills, and perspectives to deliver consistent quality, holistic solutions, and creative depth – no matter the scale or location.

As part of this development, we are proud to welcome Hermen Jansen, Eric Thijssen, and Martijn Tjassens Keiser as new partners. Together with our partner-directors – Ton Venhoeven, Danny Esselman, Cécilia Gross, Jos-Willem van Oorschot, and Manfred Wansink – they represent a broad spectrum of expertise, from mobility and infrastructure to sports and complex urban buildings, urban strategies, and design-led research.

A stronger collective. More shared knowledge. Greater design impact.
