The Municipality of Zoetermeer has selected our team to develop the inner-city sites at Markt 10 and Frankrijklaan.

UP! marks an important step in the continued development of Zoetermeer’s city centre. The project comprises two residential buildings with a total of 235 homes for a diverse community, with a strong focus on social interaction, adaptability and a vibrant urban environment.

Both buildings will feature generous green roof gardens on every setback, as well as shared spaces that encourage connection and contribute to a high-quality living environment.
