Europapark won the second prize awarded by the online jury and the second prize awarded by the public jury.

The online jury consisted of over 6300 people, who voted online for their favorite new building. A novelty this year was the public jury award: 50 laypeople were given the opportunity to look at all the nominated projects from inside and out, and hand out points to determine what they thought were the best new buildings.
