Plinius leisure park open for public

Tonight, June 20th, the open air swimming pool and the pavilion, part of leisure park Plinius in Tongeren (BE), will be officially opened!
The complex is designed by VenhoevenCS. It consists of three pools, terasses, a large lawn and a pavilion/reception building. Together with the new Plinius Park, it will become the new touristic entry to Tongeren, the eldest city of Belgium with a Gallo Roman and Medieval Past.
Tomorrow, June 21st , the first day of summer, the complex is also open for public. From June to September the pool will be open 10:00 to 19:00 every day. More practical information can be found on the website: www.plinius-park.be, which is freshly launched.
